How The Psychometric Assessment Works
The psychometric assessment is a set of procedures that aims to form fit an applicant for a career or job with the firm’s values and understandings of the economy that they work int. It’s a way for a firm to be assured that the applicant will not cause harm from the inside on out. Safety and security is of the firm’s utmost concern when taking in an insider, and this is especially true when you deal with firms that own data centers and data farms, and especially true of firms that run and own super computers (which are highly regulated in most country, something of the severity along the lines of nuclear technology). And there aren’t a lot of firms that can really claim to be able to do these assessment for firms and applicants of all sorts. And so it’s really a niche, but it is something to pay attention to.
